Pierson and Fendley Acquires Kennemer Insurance Agency

Pierson and Fendley is proud to announce the acquisition of Paris, TX-based Kennemer Insurance Agency as of July 1, 2011.  As is Pierson and Fendley, Kennemer Insurance is a multi-generation, full service property and casualty agency serving Paris and the surrounding communities.  Policyholders will not see any difference in carriers or premiums as the transition is complete and all insurance companies are working with Pierson and Fendley.  We believe this acquisition will fit well with the culture of our agency and help us to expand our services to not only the local area, but all of northeast Texas and position us to increase our market presence for years to come.
